Hello,

My name is Roman.

I am a fully qualified Civil Engineer. I did my training in Colombia and worked on several projects there before coming to England.

I have taken several courses and have City and Guilds certificates in bricklaying, plumbing, tiling and City & Guilds (6219) in plastering and rendering. I also have City & Guilds in Electrical Instillations work within a domestic dwelling, a Level2 certificate in fundamental inspection, testing, and initial verification, a Level 3 Certificate in the building regulations for electrical installations in dwelling (Part P), Level 2 award in the requirements for electrical installations BS 7671:2018 (wiring regulations) with a number of credits achieved.

I also completed a 6 week carpentry course with City and Guilds Certification and have had several jobs that have incorporated door hanging, frame making, fitting door locks, replacement of skirting's and cabinet installation and the building and fitting of radiator covers.

I also do garden landscaping, topiary, hedge trimming, lawn mowing, planting, irrigation installation, and general garden work.

I have over 25 years experience in property and garden maintenance and can do a variety of home improvements. I have done several house renovations, modernising them by redecorating, replacing, doors and skirtings etc, bringing them back to life. I am reliable, trustworthy, and efficient. My standards are high and it shows in the quality of my work.
